What you'll do:
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this dynamic organisation.
Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy.
Own the relationship with our paid media agency for demand-gen initiatives.
Analyse market data, customer behaviour, and feedback to understand Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Partner closely with the sales team to align on key accounts, goals, and messaging.
Deploy ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts with personalised messaging.
Design technical customer journeys and automated workflows that move prospects through the funnel.
Measure pipeline performance using key metrics such as MQLs, SALs, SQLs, pipeline growth, and ROI.
Explore new marketing opportunities and channels.
What you bring:
You should have proven experience creating and owning demand generation programs, ideally in SaaS and international markets.
Proven experience creating and owning demand generation programs.
Ability to design and execute personalised multi-channel campaigns.
Familiarity with sales and marketing automation platforms including CRM systems.
Proven success working closely with sales and data teams.
Data-driven approach to tracking, measuring, and optimising performance.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
