We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team.
About the role
This is a diverse role and requires a highly organised person. Previous office experience is preferred as we are expanding and need to utilise the receptionist in an accounts payable/administration role to assist the accounts department.
While previous experience in a dealership environment is highly regarded, a strong background in general administration is just as important!
You will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
Accounts payable
Frontline reception
Answering phones and greeting customers
Maintenance of the customer lounge coffee machine
Filing of service invoices
Preparation of outgoing mail
Administration - working closely with the accounting department
About you
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Excellent personal presentation with good organisational and time management ability
Clear English communication skills (written and verbal)
Competent computer skills
Good interpersonal, communication and listening skills with attention to detail
