Location: Queenstown
Hours: 32 hours per week (Friday to Monday)

Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for an organised, proactive, and service-focused Guest Services Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day interactions with our holiday home guests. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating guest services and maintaining high standards of service throughout their stay. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to internal promotion and the continued growth of our business. What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay from check-in to check-out and maintaining a professional and welcoming approach to guest interactions.
  • Coordinate property preparations, including pre-arrival inspections and post-departure checks.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during their stay.
  • Perform occasional errands related to property management, such as delivering supplies or inspecting properties.
  • Manage reservations, including confirming bookings, updating availability, and handling last-minute changes or cancellations.



What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality. Experience in property management is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Must have the ability to work full-time in NZ
  • A valid NZ driver’s license and own vehicle (fuel reimbursements provided)
