About the Organisation:
Our client is undertaking a critical implementation of a new Project Management and Construction Management System. This initiative aims to streamline operations and enhance project delivery capabilities across the organisation. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and results, our client is committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive the successful adoption of a Project Management and Construction Management System. This contract role is until 30 June 2025 and will require expertise in managing change, developing communications, and delivering training programs tailored to diverse audiences. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring stakeholders understand the purpose of the change, are well-prepared, and have the tools and knowledge to confidently use the new systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan.
- Create clear and engaging communication materials to support change initiatives.
- Design a training plan, develop materials, and manage logistics for superuser and stakeholder training.
- Deliver predominantly online training to blue-collar audiences, focusing on accessibility and practical application.
- Collaborate with delivery partners and align efforts with the broader project team.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in change management within IT projects, especially in PPM and construction environments.
- Strong background in creating and executing communications and training plans.
- Experience delivering online training to blue-collar audiences.
- Ability to work under tight timeframes and budgets while navigating organisational complexity.
- Preference for candidates with experience in construction or healthcare settings.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
