As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Strategy Analyst to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

In this role you’ll support the Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Strategy & Transformation, and the Executive Leadership Team in driving high-impact projects related to corporate strategy, market sizing, new revenue initiatives, and business transformation. This newly created role involves leveraging market research and competitor analysis to generate actionable insights, identifying and prioritising growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic market positioning. You will also monitor industry trends, provide timely insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven reports. This is a key role in ensuring we achieve our strategic goals and continue delivering exceptional products and services to our Members.

About You | Mōu

You’re proven experience in strategy consultancy, investment banking, or corporate strategy will be key to your success in this position and you’ll be able to demonstrate strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise market data into strategic insights. Experience in market research, competitive intelligence, and business strategy development is essential, along with your ability to collaborate across functions and produce high-quality presentations for senior management. You’ll bring strong financial modelling and data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and be comfortable working at pace.
