Are you an experienced leader in manufacturing looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee and optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality output.

About the Role

As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 20-30 employees, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring production targets are met. You will play a key role in training, coaching, and monitoring team performance, as well as driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
