As a Change Manager, you will lead the people side of change, ensuring that KiwiRail’s transformation projects are adopted smoothly and successfully. Working across teams, you’ll focus on preparing, equipping, and supporting employees through change. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication, and change frameworks will help drive positive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing change management strategies.
- Supporting leadership in fostering a change-ready culture.
- Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Managing risks and resistance related to change initiatives.
- Providing training and coaching to teams undergoing change.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in change management, organisational development, or transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute practical solutions.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter’s 8 Steps).
- A collaborative approach and ability to influence at all levels.
- A passion for continuous improvement and driving positive change.
