New Zealand Couriers, are on the look out for our next Fleet Manager to join the team in Tauranga.

As part of the Freightways group of companies, New Zealand Couriers offers a unique opportunity to open the door to a number of internal career pathways for those who are looking for progression.

Reporting to the Tauranga Branch Manager, you will be joining the wider management team in this key role that is responsible for a fleet of 22 independent contractors.

You will be supported by an existing and experienced management team, as well as the extended Operational Management team.

Being able to deliver is our culture, and to be successful in your application you will have proven success in one or more of the following;

Our fleet is well established, with many long serving contractors that make up the majority of the team. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional service and as the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the continual improvement of that service.

The ideal candidate will be an encouraging, experienced leader who has a proven track record of professional management of high performing teams and excellent communication skills.
