About the Role
As a Centre Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our centre operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to families
- Managing data entry, bookings, and parent queries
- Handling parent accounts, direct debits, and payments
- Meeting daily, weekly, and termly deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Using Word, Excel, and other IT systems efficiently
- Occasionally assisting in classrooms when needed
You will have the support of a National Admin Support team, including a helpdesk for ongoing assistance, as well as thorough training on Ministry of Education requirements.
Role Details
- Permanent position working 20–25 hours per week
- Preferred schedule: Monday to Friday (flexibility to work over four days for the right candidate)
