He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role:
As Fleet Support, you’ll play a key role in managing KiwiRail’s vehicle fleet, ensuring we operate efficiently and effectively. Working within our Treasury and Insurance team, you’ll provide administrative support, maintain fleet records, and assist with data analysis to improve our vehicle utilisation. You’ll also liaise with internal teams and external fleet management providers to keep things running smoothly.

Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What you will bring:
We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and a great communicator:
3–5 years of administrative experience, ideally in fleet or finance-related roles
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data analysis
NCEA Level 2 or equivalent or post tertiary education experience
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
The ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
Knowledge of basic finance functions such as invoicing
You have a current and valid NZ Driver's Licence
You can pass regular drug and alcohol screenings
Experience with fleet management systems (e.g., SG Fleet, Navman, TORO) and process improvement is a bonus!
