The role | Te tūranga:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Auckland based Property Finance team. Focused solely on commercial property lending for investment or development, you will be responsible for proactively and directly communicating with a portfolio of high value property investment and development clients.

You will work closely with the portfolio Manager, preparing credit submissions for new and existing clients as well as reviewing and managing on-going business, while contributing to the growth of the portfolio by developing your own networks.

This is a full-time permanent position based at ASB's beautiful North Wharf building, with flexibility to work from home some days.



About you | Ō pūkenga:

To add value to our high performing team you'll be someone with strong financial acumen, property finance or financial accounting experience, the ability to interpret financial reports and a keen interest in property and expanding your commercial lending skills.

A bachelor's degree in property, accounting or finance is preferred.

If you have an interest in property and strong financial literacy or a background in commercial lending and credit management, then we would like to hear from you. Strong communication and relationship management skills (both internal and external) will be a benefit as you drive your career and deep knowledge in property finance for development and investment clients.
