Are you a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with a passion for data, reporting, and business solutions? We are looking for a Business Analyst - FCO Data & Reporting to join our team and drive the success of our Financial Crime Operations (FCO) Data & Reporting strategy.

Mo te tūranga | About the Role:

  • Act as the go-to expert for FCO Data & Reporting systems.
  • Support the development and delivery of reporting strategies by applying best-practice techniques and documentation standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and transform them into clearly defined requirements.
  • Apply business analysis techniques to evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support automation, analytics, and reporting enhancements.
  • Drive a culture of curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving.

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on requirements gathering and documentation
  • Analytical mindset - Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Technical expertise - Experience with data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills - Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels.
  • Problem-solving skills - A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Collaboration & teamwork - Passion for working in a dynamic environment and driving continuous improvement.
