Bayleys Mount Eden is looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and organized PA to join our team. You'll be working alongside a driven pair of high-achieving salespeople, delivering outstanding results for our clients.
This part-time role (20 hours per week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, inclusive, and social environment. You'll be managing campaigns, ensuring every detail is taken care of, and providing exceptional customer service to our highly valued clients.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing submission documents and organizing signage, advertising, photo and videography
Ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and communicating regularly and professionally with buyers and vendors
Getting all material ready for open homes
Reporting to vendors
Using the CRM system to manage campaigns
What we're looking for:
Strong multitasking, prioritizing, and attention to detail skills
Creativity and a flair for marketing, including property marketing and personal promotional materials
Tech-savvy with good social media know-how
Ability to work efficiently and at a fast pace
Design skills are a plus!
