About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organisation as an Executive Assistant in a 6-month temporary assignment, with the potential for a permanent position.
In this full-time role, you will need to hit the ground running, managing workflows proactively, working efficiently under pressure, and communicating effectively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player are essential for success in this role.
Day to day responsibilities:
Providing daily administrative support to the Deputy’s Secretary
Assisting with meeting minutes, scheduling, diary management, email correspondence, and itinerary planning
Monitoring and preparing documents, reports, and data management
Coordinating high-level internal and external communications
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Days/ Hours: 40 hours per week with some flexibility on work times and possible arrangement of working from home days for the right person.
About You:
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in supporting senior leaders. Previous experience in a similar role or within the public sector would be advantageous.
