Are you a dynamic and energetic Executive Assistant ready to join a team and really make an impact? If so, we are looking for you! This role is an incredible opportunity for an experienced EA to join a government department where you may be presented with many opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level administration support to a Senior Leader
  • Managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, and reports efficiently
  • Support with travel, catering, events and more
  • Managing and coordinating a very busy schedule


About you:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced high-level environment as an Executive Assistant
  • Ability to prioritise and utilise your time wisely
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Fantastic communication skills both verbal and written
