About the role
We’re looking for Craft Success Program Managers to build and deliver high-impact learning and enablement programs tailored to our Merchant Success GTM craft. This highly execution-focused role requires close collaboration with Revenue Operations, L&D teams, and field practitioners to ensure our Merchant Success teams excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate thrives on designing effective content and delivery models, collaborates seamlessly across teams, and deeply understands the craft they support. They are passionate about driving role success through innovative learning experiences that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Align & Partner

  • Work with Global and Regional Revenue Operations to understand engagement rules, priorities, and impact-driven initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with Merchant Success Stakeholders to ensure learning programs align with real-world workflows and needs.


Design, Develop & Deliver

  • Partner with L&D and field practitioners to design and validate impactful learning content.
  • Develop and implement scalable delivery models that drive measurable results.
  • Ensure training programs incorporate key policies, procedures, and tools essential to daily work.


Enhance Onboarding

  • Collaborate with Onboarding L&D teams to integrate content into new hire programs for a seamless ramp-up experience.


Innovate & Manage Content Lifecycle

  • Continuously improve L&D methodologies, leveraging AI and other technologies for content development and delivery.
  • Maintain rigorous content lifecycle management to keep materials current and relevant.


Drive Impact & Measure Success

  • Ensure urgency in content delivery, collect feedback, and measure learning effectiveness on business performance.
  • Iterate and refine programs based on data-driven insights and learner feedback.


What You Bring
Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • GTM Enablement Expertise: Experience supporting or working with GTM teams (e.g., Customer Success, Sales, Solutions Engineering).
  • Learning & Development Passion: A strong desire to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  • Execution Focus: Ability to prioritize, deliver, and drive results in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-Starter Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • SaaS GTM Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS business models and go-to-market strategies.
  • Content Development Expertise: Experience designing, developing, and delivering learning content at scale.


Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in L&D tools (e.g., Seismic, LMS, content development platforms).
  • Experience leveraging AI or advanced technologies for learning innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure program impact.
  • Familiarity with modern instructional design methodologies.
