We are looking for a Customer Specialist to provide our customers with an unbeatable experience and service.
This is an office-based role located in our Albany office. We operate from Monday to Friday, covering 8-5.30 on a shift basis.
Te tūranga | The role:
As a Customer Specialist in the Third-Party Distribution team, you are a key point of contact for our customers regarding their home loan lending or forwarding enquiries to relevant specialist or appropriate channels. You will be dealing with a variety of queries and request from our customers, and it will be your responsibility to identify their needs and resolve any issues or concerns within policy, and procedures. Through delivering exceptional service you will find it easy to build strong relationships to ensure they are provided with the right information which will assist them in making educated decisions around our services.

We are seeking candidates with previous customer service experience who really enjoy helping customers and working collaboratively.
Key skills and attributes we are seeking include:
- Legendary customer service skills.
- Proven relationship building skills.
- Superior communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to display patience, empathy and a caring attitude
- 12 to 18 months experience in Banking/Contact Centre environment.
- 3-4 years secondary schooling, with NCEA or equivalent.
