We have hit 2025 running fast, and are now on the hunt for additional Talent Acquisition support to see us through to the end of the year.

Mo te tūranga | About the Roles: Talent Acquisition Consultants

We are on the lookout for Talent Acquisition Consultants who know the NZ Talent landscape, know how and where to find talent and what levers to pull to attract them to join us. Candidate experience matters greatly to us, so we are looking for people who get that too. We have a number of roles available to support strategic work and priorities across the business.

Our team is hybrid, based in Wynyard Quarter 2-3 days and working from home the other days. We have been setting records this year and are looking for a couple of high energy folks who can get stuck in.

For starters, you'll have skills and experience in advertising, sourcing and connecting with talent, creating and leading exceptional practice recruitment processes, and driving candidate and hiring manager experiences that enhance our brand appeal. Right now we value highly organised people who can work at pace, prioritise their work based on the needs of the business and keep stakeholders informed of what's happening, when and why.
