Our client is NZ owned and has been supporting NZ businesses for 25 years. They take pride in the way they support customers, taking care in collecting accurate data and communicating clearly.

About the role
This role focuses on the uploading and reformatting of received client data files using Excel. You will take responsibility daily to process data and information received by email into the company’s system. It is super important that you take pride in your data matching skills and attention to detail.

You will get to know the clients as you work alongside them via phone and email. It’s important that you have a friendly and confident phone and email manner to ask the right questions for any missing information and to gain clarity when needed regarding the data provided.

There will be the opportunity to assist the Operations Manager & Customer Service team with projects.

Skills & experience you need to have

  • Detail focused while working to deadlines
  • Enjoy working with data using Excel to upload & reformate client files
  • Problem solve & request information & data from clients
  • Clear communication skills both on the phone & via email
  • Self-motivated & also very happy to help others in the small team
