Our Business Customer Experience (BCE) provides coaching support, tools and processes that empowers our bankers to achieve good customer outcomes in every interaction.



Te tūranga | The role:

As a BCE Coach, you will actively coach, support and mentor our Business Banking leaders to become effective coaches, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills and tools they need to coach exceptional customer focused performance to their frontline teams.

Your coaching will align with delivering the strategic outcomes for Business Banking including developing relevant capability across our people leaders to enable current and future success. By supporting our strategic initiatives, you will play a key role in taking our leaders to the next level.

The preference is for this role to be based in Auckland, however we are open to applications from people to be based at any ASB Regional office in Aotearoa.

First and foremost, you will be a passionate about developing our people and know how to get the best from people through your effective coaching, developing and mentoring. Your proven coaching skills coupled with sound written and verbal communication skills will underpin your ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the business.

You will have an adaptable and flexible approach to help carry out effective coaching sessions across varying teams. Due to the nature of this role, a comprehensive understanding of Business Banking products and services, strong commercial acumen and frontline leadership experience would be beneficial.
