About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is comfortable handling accounts administration, and has a proactive attitude toward general office support.



Key Responsibilities

  • ✅ Accounts Payable – Admin Tasks: Ensuring invoices are processed and payments are scheduled correctly.
  • ✅ Receipt Stash – Inputting Invoices: Uploading and categorizing invoices for accurate record-keeping.
  • ✅ Accounts Receivable Administration: Assisting with invoicing and debtor management.
  • ✅ Customer Follow-up for Accounts Receivable: Contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payments.
  • ✅ Invoice Reconciliation: Matching supplier invoices with purchase orders and payments.
  • ✅ Month-End Reporting Assistance: Supporting the team with reconciliations and financial reports.
  • ✅ General Admin & Customer Service: Helping with order follow-ups, lost orders, and responding to customer inquiries when needed.




Our Tools

  • 🖥️ Cin7 – Inventory and order management system
  • 🖥️ Xero – Accounting software for invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting




What We’re Looking For

  • 🔹 Experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
  • 🔹 Proficiency in Xero and or Cin7 (or willingness to learn).
  • 🔹 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • 🔹 Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
  • 🔹 Friendly and professional communication skills for customer follow-ups.
  • 🔹 A proactive team player who enjoys working in a small but fast-paced environment.
