About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Software Consultant to spearhead the detailed UX/UI design and implement user interface components of our Pega applications. This role is perfect for an individual who possesses experience with Pega best practices, UI design and development and is comfortable with the full software development life cycle. You will play a critical role in progressing low level designs, leading and implementing capabilities required, guiding cross-project initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Detailed Design Accountability
- Lead progress in low level design, ensuring designs meet high standards of scalability, Compliance, reliability and robustness.
- Provide guidance and thought leadership across platforms, facilitating effective and innovative design solutions
- Oversee design aspects to ensure a cohesive integration of new technologies and methodologies within existing systems
Technical Expertise in Pega
- Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in Pega platform, particularly around UX/UI frameworks.
- Working experience in SaaS offerings (Pega Cloud).
- Develop Capabilities and functions within Pega Platform and experience in providing the required consulting to business and internal stakeholders.
- Working experience as Lead UX/UI architect is preferred.
- Ensure best practices when building scalable, maintainable, secured and robust solutions.
- Engage collaboratively with the various stakeholders with in ASB ensuring we build compliance by design and secured solutions.
- Mentor team members, foster a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth
- Cultivate a positive platform culture, aimed at innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement

We are looking for someone who has:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in building capabilities using pega.
- Working experience in Pega Cloud or good understanding of cloud architecture.
- Worked as LSA in multiple pega projects.
- Working experience in Regulatory/compliance projects.
