Te tūranga | The role:
International banking was established in early 2000s with a team of 11 staff members and currently looking after c.2200 groups of Small Business clients with turnover ranging from $250k to $2million dollars.
As a Business Banking Associate, you will be the first point of contact within the Business Centre for our Small Business customers. You will assist with transactional and service enquires or refer them to the relevant teams in an accurate and timely manner. Your tasks will range from opening of new accounts/groups, account enquiries, IMT enquiries, transfers, refunds, signature checking and account administration.

First and foremost, we're looking for someone who is passionate about providing great customer experiences, with a keen interest in developing a career within our Small Business team.
Success in this role will be determined by your ability to effectively prioritise your time while working in a fast-paced environment. You need to be someone who naturally builds and maintains relationships with both internal and external customers with a drive & dedication to work hard for great customer outcome.
Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be advantageous for this role.
