Te tūranga | The role:

We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team within our Advice Centre based in Whangarei.

As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday. The right person will thrive on being busy and enjoying serving customers each day via a number of channels, while also maintaining the branch operations. You will assist customers in person, via messaging and taking calls. You will also be allocated a daily timeslot to take calls from customers calling our Contact Centre. Whangarei will be your primary location while supporting Dargaville occasionally.
