Job Description
Are you an experienced administrator with a background in the civil and foundation industry? We’re looking for a highly organized Civil Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting operations and ensuring smooth project execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Liaising with building contractors to keep projects running efficiently.
- Scheduling tasks and managing timelines to meet deadlines.
- Conducting staff inductions to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Handling key administrative duties to keep the office organized.
- Managing health and safety matters to maintain a safe working environment.
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Experience: Previous admin experience in the civil and foundation industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Geo Grid and NG testing is a plus.
- Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Payroll Experience: Some exposure to payroll management (desirable).
- Admin Skills: A proactive and organized approach to office management.
