Wolfbrook, one of New Zealand’s most successful property developers, is seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. In addition to property development Wolfbrook and its subsidiaries operate in a number of other industries. Operating nationwide but headquartered in Christchurch, our office located near the Wolfbook Arena is brand new, fast-paced and filled with dynamic people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage up as well as provide personal and executive assistance to the CEO.
• Assist with preparation of reporting up to Board level.
• Manage travel arrangements, coordinate and manage external and internal events.
• Oversee business operations and office management whilst managing a team of 1-2 administrative staff.
• Provide support to the wider leadership management team when necessary.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff when necessary.


Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Level Executives.
• Motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. You do not mind rolling your sleeves up to contribute to team success.
• Intuitive and resourceful with excellent time management juggling multiple responsibilities at any one time.
• Superb IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite as well as managing meeting and conference equipment.
• Effective communicator with a professional and approachable demeanour, able to communicate effectively with investors as well as internal stakeholders and staff.
• Ability to review, edit and update contractual documents and maintain an organised online filing system.
• Adaptable multitasker with exceptionally strong follow-up skills, able to manage up, down and laterally to create a path of collaborative success.
