The Role

  • You’ll focus on servicing and maintaining a fleet of trucks and trailers, ensuring they’re always running at their best.
  • Servicing & Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, oil changes, fluid checks, and maintenance of trucks and trailers.
  • Mechanical Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues in engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, tires, and more.
  • Minimal Electrical Work: Handle basic electrical repairs, like battery replacements and lighting system checks.
  • Workshop & Roadside Assistance: Most of your work will be in the workshop, but you may be needed to help roadside with the work ute when necessary.


What We’re Looking For

  • A skilled Diesel Mechanic with experience in servicing trucks and trailers.
  • Someone who loves getting their hands dirty and has a passion for keeping equipment running smoothly.
  • A team player who is eager to share knowledge and contribute to the growth of the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and services on the fleet and handle repairs as needed,
  • Carry out basic electrical diagnostics and repairs, ensuring all vehicle systems are in top condition.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained.
  • Be available for roadside assistance if needed, with the work ute for emergencies.
  • Share your expert knowledge with the team and collaborate on repairs to keep the fleet running smoothly.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
