Qualified Carpenter Needed – Immediate Start for Residential and Commercial New Build Work!

About the Role:

You’ll be working on a wide variety of projects.

The site locations for this role will vary with working hours of 7.30am - 5pm

Our client is seeking a highly skilled individual with a New Zealand Trade Certificate in Carpentry and/or Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) certification

What You’ll Bring:

  • Certified Carpentry Skills: Must hold a Level 4 Certificate in Carpentry or Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) status (both are strongly preferred).
  • Residential Carpentry Experience: A solid track record of working on new builds and renovations within the residential sector is essential.
  • Reliable Tools & Transport: You’ll need your own carpentry tools and dependable transport.
  • References: We’ll need two references from previous carpentry positions to verify your experience and skill.
  • Teamwork & Communication: You’ll thrive in a team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Health & Safety Focus: A commitment to being drug and alcohol-free, with strict adherence to health and safety regulations.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential carpentry, particularly on renovations
  • NZ Trade Certificate and/or LBP certification
  • Reliable transport and full toolkit
  • Two carpentry-related references
  • Strong understanding of NZ building codes
  • Drug and alcohol-free
