About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to grow your career as a supervisor within our team based in our Islington depot. You will be leading a highly skilled team of Electrical Fitters working on Orion’s distribution network, providing services including construction, maintenance, and fault diagnosis/rectification.

You will have proven ability to monitor performance, motivate your team to deliver within timeframes and budgets with a focus on quality and safety.

Demonstrating natural leadership skills, you will enjoy coaching team members and become a valued mentor to assist your people in their career development and to deliver results for our customers.

About You

• Relevant Electrical Registration and current practising license
• A minimum of 5+ years experience in the High Voltage electrical industry
• Strong ability to communicate technical information and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate high levels of understanding of and adherence to the Health and Safety practices and regulations of the High Voltage Industry
• Coach, support and develop the team, build knowledge and skills to provide coverage and to build succession plans
