We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant’s / Executive Assistant’s & Office Manager’s in Auckland and surrounding fringe area’s. We have a variety of short-term and long-term opportunities available, whether you are in between jobs or simply looking for the next step in your career! In these varied and dynamic support roles, you will work alongside various Executives and Board Members assisting a range of business functions.

Successful candidates will hit the ground running to support our clients in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly and efficiently. If you can think on your feet, are flexible, adaptable and deliver a high standard of work – we want to hear from you!

About you:

  • Be available to start in the new year (January/February or even March) we have a variety of assignments that are different lengths, we can discuss these further with you
  • Prior experience in a team environment and/or handling secretarial services
  • You will have experience in managaging diary’s
  • Minute taking experience (some roles may not need this)
  • High attention to detail
  • Agility to support multiple people simultaneously
  • Be a strong communicator with both excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and clients
  • Be computer savvy with proficient MS Office skills, specifically – Word, Typing, PowerPoint and Excel
