About the role

As our Network Real Estate Trainer, you'll report to the NZ Head of Academy/National Performance Coach. You'll be supporting leaders and real estate professionals across the business by delivering high-impact training and coaching solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading training sessions to enhance skills and performance outcomes.
  • Coaching and onboarding new sales consultants.
  • Driving recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Delivering specialist training (e.g., lead generation, client experience, auctioneering, leadership).
  • Promoting continuous learning through Harcourts Academy programmes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create an impactful training calendar.


About you

To excel in this role, we're looking for someone with:

  • Active real estate salesperson license and proven sales success in New Zealand.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills to support high-performance teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset.
