THE WORK:​

As a ServiceNow ITSM consultant, you will be a part of Agile development team and perform hands on technical development work. The role will be based in Wellington with hybrid working opportunity.

  • Deliver end to end automated solutions which include technical implementation of ServiceNow Platform, Core System and Applications
  • Ability to architect, develop and convert customers legacy solutions into ServiceNow
  • Organise and prioritise development effort, interfacing with vendors and management and coordinate with additional administrators
  • Create and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, data imports and exports
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements for defined user stories.
  • Provide project team with ServiceNow configuration and customization expertise for defined features, including industry and ServiceNow best practices
  • Building Service Catalog with Service Portal and fulfilment automation
  • Integrating ServiceNow with cloud service providers' platforms


HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: ​

  • Users, group and role administration including domain separation environment experience.
  • Ability to identify root cause of ServiceNow performance issues and troubleshoot them.
  • Expertise in ITSM ServiceNow applications:
  • Projects may require security clearances requirement.


DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working on a project managed in Agile and Scrum environment
  • Experience in user story categorization, prioritization, effort assessment
  • ServiceNow Certifications
