Do you have a knack for mixing magic in a glass and making every night unforgettable? If you’re a master of the perfect pour and thrive in a buzzing atmosphere, we need you behind our bar!

We are Grand Millennium Auckland. Along with Copthorne and Kingsgate, we are one of New Zealand's largest hotel operators and part of an expanding international network of hotels. We are known for our outstanding service experiences and a fantastic team so need a vibrant and sophisticated Bartender with the skills and personality to make it happen.

What We're Looking For:

  • A flair for mixing cocktails and a love for customer service.
  • Ability to keep cool under pressure – even when the bar is buzzing!
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a smile that lights up the room.
  • At least 1-year solid experience as a Bartender.
  • A relevant Bartending qualification and LCQ would be an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts which will include weekends and public holidays is a must!


We have permanent part-time positions available, between 20 to 35 hours per week, offering up to $27 per hour.
