Job Description

HVM Painting Services is a well-established and reputable company that provides professional painting services to both commercial and residential properties.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our marketing efforts and drive sales growth. In this dynamic role, no two days are the same, as you’ll lead a range of business activities, including marketing content development, sales data reporting, CRM management, and collaborating with the sales team to gather valuable customer feedback.

Responsibility

  • Sales data and market intelligence
  • Managing the creation and distribution of all marketing activities, including digital content, email marketing, promotional collateral and marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage both internal and external communications to reinforce brand presence and consistency.
  • Manage CRM system, develop lead generation sources, and ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Develop visualised reports for CRM data.
  • Actively collaborate with the sales and service teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Develop voice of customer, ensuring customer satisfaction is met and continually exceeded.


Requirement

  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales data analysis.
  • Proven skills in marketing, including social content development, email marketing, and graphic design.
  • Market intelligence and competitors monitoring.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with CRM systems and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience in designing and executing Voice of the Customer (VoC) research projects.
  • Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) proficiently.
  • Experience in B2B sales engagement with at least 2 years is preferred.
  • Previous work background in large corporate environments is a big plus.
  • Only candidate have the right work in New Zealand.
