Job Description

About the Role
As a Supply Planner, you will oversee the end-to-end supply planning process, ensuring the seamless and cost-effective importation, purchasing, and distribution of products. Working closely with suppliers, shipping partners, and internal teams, you will maintain optimal stock levels, prevent stockouts, setup new skus and suppliers, and manage purchasing processes efficiently.

We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to support import planning and supply chain operations during a peak period.

This role requires a strong understanding of import systems and processes, proactive problem-solving skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply & Purchasing – Manage stock orders, reordering, and inventory levels to prevent stockouts while staying within budget. Oversee purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and shipping coordination.
  • Imports & Order Processing – Track shipments, handle customs clearance and supplier payments, manage invoicing, and resolve discrepancies in costs or supply.
  • New sku management – work with Category Managers and Master Data to set up new skus and suppliers.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in imports, supply chain, purchasing, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other supply chain management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
