The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, high-impact project within our clients dynamic organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end project management, ensuring successful delivery aligned with strategic business objectives.

Our client is working on a critical piece of work involving the transition from one core business system to another. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, SME's, senior leadership and executives to drive project success, leveraging your expertise in planning, execution, and risk management.

This role is vital in preparing the wider business for the change and managing the impacts of the roll out. If you’re passionate about delivering value, fostering collaboration, and managing complex initiatives, we want to hear from you!

  • You will be a team player and act as the bridge between business units.
  • Plan complex project activities into logical workflows.
  • Motivate and collaborate with other business SME's in a project environment
  • Work with Change Managers to ensure instructional designers and trainers are informed and prepared.


To be successful:

  • 5+ years experience as a Senior Project Manger
  • Previous experience managing business readiness and transition projects.
  • Relevant project management certifications e.g. Prince 2, PMP, and waterfall methods
  • Confident in communicating to a range of stakeholders at various levels including executives.
  • Strong change management skills and leadership
