We’re Hiring: Leading Hand Waterproofer

Are you a highly skilled waterproofer with over 5 years of experience? Do you have the
leadership ability to manage a team and ensure high-quality workmanship on every project? If so, we want to hear from you!

Taurus Roofing are seeking a Leading Hand Waterproofer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the installation of waterproofing systems, manage a team of professionals, and ensure that all work meets the highest industry standards. You will play a key part in delivering successful projects while maintaining a safe, efficient, and
positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and supervise a team of waterproofing technicians.
 Oversee the installation of waterproofing systems (e.g., roofs, decks, foundations).
 Ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and
technical specifications.
 Perform quality control checks and resolve any issues on-site.
 Manage resources, including tools, materials, and project schedules.
 Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
 Communicate effectively with clients and site managers to ensure projects are
completed on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:
 At least 5 years of experience in the waterproofing industry.
 NZQA qualification in waterproofing (or equivalent).
 Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 Full New Zealand driver’s license.
 Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
