Job Description

About Us:
Barclay Yachts are seeking a skilled boat builder / marine cabinet maker to join our nimble team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, professional service and maintaining a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interior refit to superyacht standard
  • Build bespoke cabinetry to completion, various materials & finishes
  • Build white board carcasses in-house
  • Solid timber joinery
  • Installation
  • Read and interpret plans accurately
  • Liaise with other trades to ensure smooth project completion
  • Complete tasks to a high standard with attention to detail.


Requirements:

  • Qualified with a minimum of 3+ years relevant experience
  • Competent in all aspects of custom boat building, refits, woodwork & cabinet making
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain a solution-focused approach
  • Own vehicle, driver's license, tools & PPE
  • Strong communication skills and good work ethic
  • Punctuality is essential
  • CV / reference & demonstration of craftmanship track record
