What’s in it for you?



As our Manager or Senior Manager, Sustainability Disclosure Standards, you’ll work with a team of IFRS specialists to support to our Assurance, and our Climate Change and Sustainability Services, teams as well as our other service lines on the interpretation and application of sustainability disclosure standards. These positions will be available across our Melbourne and Auckland offices.


  • Be part of the new era in financial reporting which requires companies to disclose their exposure to, and management of, climate‑related risks and opportunities, and later potentially disclose other sustainability risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with audit, finance and sustainability professionals to improve the quality of sustainability-related financial disclosures
  • Build and share your knowledge on sustainability reporting, and work collaboratively with peers locally and globally to find solutions to application and interpretation matters



What we’re looking for

  • A relevant university degree and a minimum of 4 - 6 years’ experience working on financial reporting matters
  • Experience in analysing financial reporting issues and providing solutions in accordance with the relevant standards and legislation
  • Ability and strong interest to progressively develop an in-depth technical understanding of new sustainability topics
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate your view
  • Ability to succinctly present on a technical topic, and articulate the issue and impact for our clients
  • In addition, for the senior manager role, you would also have proven experience in addressing complex financial reporting issues, and shown capacity to evolve your areas of expertise
