About the Role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga

As a community-based Rehabilitation Coach, you will have real passion and dedication to all aspects of service delivery and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with your clients and their families. You will work with a wide range of people with illness, injury or disabilities, assisting Rehabilitation Professionals to support our clients on their rehabilitation journey.

The successful candidate will be required to travel across the Wellington/ Wairarapa region so you will need to be comfortable driving and have a full clean NZ drivers licence.

What you will bring | Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following:

  • Physical therapy or exercise physiology qualification preferred or other relevant experience
  • Experience working with clients in community-based assessment and rehabilitation settings
  • The ability to work autonomously under the guidance of allied health clinician as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Understanding of and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Clean Full NZ Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Proficient computer and IT knowledge
