We are looking for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant to work at Palmerston North Central Production Unit. This is a casual postion which offers flexibility with rosters and hours, making it an ideal opportunity for reliable students and mothers seeking part-time work.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
You will be working as part of a great team undertaking general kitchen duties,
Follow stringent Health & Safety procedures,
Ensure that all requests are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
Strong endurance for fast paced environment
Undertake preparation, packing and general kitchen and cleaning duties.
He kōrero mōu / About you:
If you're our ideal candidate;
You will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
Ideally you will already have some experience working in a commercial kitchen
You will have superior customer service skills
Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
