You’ll need to be a strong, confident leader who thrives on building relationships, mentoring your team, and ensuring an exceptional learning environment for tamariki. As a high-impact leader, you’ll work closely with your Area Manager to drive success and growth while maintaining our centre’s strong whanau connections across two buildings.
About You:
ECE or Primary Level 7 qualification with a current Teacher Certification
Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki, child-led curriculum, and ECE regulations
Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing your team
Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in teaching practice
Effective communicator and relationship-builder
Ambitious, keen, and ready to take on a leadership challenge
