We are all about the delivery of class leading experiences for our clients, their employees and guests and need great people to join our team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Site Supervisor to work at one of our leading clients in Tiwai.

A bit about the role:

We are looking for a Cleaning Site Supervisor to manage the contracts in accordance with Spotless policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality service is provided to the client. The Cleaning Supervisor is further responsible for providing solid leadership & training to staff teams, building growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the contracts.

  • Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, flexible and versatile.
  • Sound written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to influence with demonstrated leadership behaviours that empower others
