Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare and building strong clinical relationships? An exciting opportunity exists with a well-established and respected medical device company for a Sales Representative to join their high-performing team. This role offers the chance to represent a trusted portfolio of surgical and hospital products across hospitals, surgical centers, and private clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell a full range of medical and surgical equipment to hospitals, surgical centers, and private practices.
Support product evaluations and surgical case coverage in collaboration with the local Territory Manager.
Deliver after-sales service to ensure long-term product satisfaction and support.
Build strong working relationships with nurses, surgeons, hospital management, and other key decision-makers.
Provide product education and training sessions (training provided).
Monitor and report on competitive activity including pricing, design, and market positioning.
Assist with territory planning, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.
Maintain accountability for company assets including product samples.
Prepare detailed activity and expense reports and attend regular sales meetings, training, and conventions.
About You:
Ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1–2 years of sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other technical sectors is preferred.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Comfortable working in clinical settings and presenting to healthcare professionals.
NZ resident or Citizen.
