A strong work ethic and the ability to foster long-lasting client relationships are essential. Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting their professional development will also be a key component of your responsibilities. While a transferrable client base is desirable, it is not essential. There is potential for career advancement, including the possibility of stepping up into partnership, now or in the future. Flexible working arrangements are available, with the option to work between multiple office locations as needed.
