What We Need
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings and design.
Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving and technical support skills.
Experience in service centre planning and control.
Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and application support to customers and sales teams.
Support internal sales processes, including order management and customer communication.
Plan and control the service centre operations to ensure efficiency.
Utilize AutoCAD for design and engineering-related tasks.
Work with CRM and ERP systems to track and manage customer interactions and sales data.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment.
