Our client is in search of an experienced Accounts Officer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an initial short-term contract with the potential for permanency. What you'll do:

As an Accounts Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting your team in a busy environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include invoice processing, managing accounts payable and receivable, and liaising with internal stakeholders. Your strong Excel skills will be put to good use for various tasks and reporting. Some knowledge of reconciliations would also be advantageous.

  • Processing high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately
  • Managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders effectively
  • Utilising Excel for various tasks and reporting
  • Possessing some knowledge of bank reconciliations would be beneficial


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Accounts Officer position brings experience in Oracle, high volume invoice processing, and end to end accounts payable and receivable processing. Your strong communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, while your Excel skills will support various tasks and reporting requirements.
