Submissions Coordinator

Are you an experienced bid professional with a passion for delivering compelling, client-focused submissions? We are seeking a Submissions Coordinator to support our Transport and Infrastructure North Region team in securing business opportunities through high-quality tender submissions.

We are seeking an experienced bid professional to deliver construction submissions for the North region of our Transport business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, write, and produce bid submissions, presentations, and capability statements
  • Develop compelling content that highlights our strengths and differentiators
  • Support bid managers on large-scale tenders with capture strategy and content development
  • Ensure bid process compliance and quality control
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder collaboration
  • Manage project information, ensuring best practices in tender presentations

  • Proven experience in bid writing and tender processes
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
