About the role

As a 3PL Warehouse Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. From managing third-party partnerships to optimising inventory levels, you'll be at the forefront of driving efficiency and maximising performance.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our Hamilton team in the Ruakura Superhub.

In this full time Monday - Friday role, you will be responsible for all inbound/outbound activities in our 3PL Warehouse as well as leading a team to ensure that the productivity, quality and overall performance continues to meet our high expectations. Our customers are a key focus for us, and we aim to provide a fantastic service to them, you will be a key part in making this happen.

You’ll have:

• Evidence of supervising a team within warehouse operation.
• Proven leadership, inspiring a team of logistics professionals to achieve excellence.
• Identified and developed labour models and productivity tracking tools to manage the day-to-day work plan.
• Optimised storage area by organising floor space; adhering to storage design principles; and recommended improvements.
• The ability to build effective relationships, provide solutions assist new customers.
• Capabilities in all aspects of inventory control and management.
• Had responsibility for equipment repairs and maintenance including dealing with suppliers.
• Experience with all Health, Safety and Compliance.

Prior experience in chilled and frozen is preferred but not required.
