We are Millennium Hotel Rotorua. Together with Copthorne and Kingsgate Hotels, we are one of New Zealand's largest hotel operators and part of an expanding international network of hotels. We are known for creating memorable guest experiences that start when our guests walk through the door and continue 24/7 during their stay with us. We need a confident Night Auditor to ensure everything in the front office is perfect as we welcome them back.

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. This unique role offers the opportunity to combine two important positions during the night shift, ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels and the comfort of our guests.

Do you need experience?

Experience completing the Night Audit process will be an advantage, as will knowledge of Opera. Ideally, you have worked in front of house in a hotel reception before. You are flexible with hours, enjoy working nights, and pride yourself on your ability to communicate clearly (in English) at all levels. You are looking for a role where comfort and security are paramount, and you are respected for your high standards.

In this role, you will ensure a positive guest experience by being on hand to deal with inquiries throughout the night, explain the hotel facilities, and anticipate guest needs. Other responsibilities include running reports, reconciling hotel financials, hotel cleaning, delivery of room service orders, and assisting where required. You will need a good level of strength and fitness to assist guests with their luggage.

This is a part-time role, we will look after you with regular night shifts 16 hours per week, a friendly supportive team and the prestige of being part of one of NZ's leading hotel brands. $25 - $28 p/h.
